My principle goal when cooking everyday food is making sure that it not only tastes good but also keeps you feeling good! 

I personally like to lean into more veggies on the plate, sneak some whole grains in where I can, and use more plant derived fats (think extra virgin olive oil) when it makes sense. 

There's always room for a little butter and sugar in the week, but it's usually more exciting when it's a special occasion.

Let my experiences as a fine dining chef and endurance athlete guide you in creating a weekly menus that balance nutrition with flavor, ensuring you stay fueled and satisfied throughout your busy week.
